Nanci Buczynski considers herself a compulsive learner who
continues to upgrade her skills. Originally from Chicago, she is a graduate of Purdue University in Biology & Art Secondary Education.
She attended the Art Institute in Chicago and is a certified
Interior Decorator. This same passion for learning continues
to direct her as a Realtor

Nanci and her husband “Buzz”and four children, moved often in his positions in the computer field. Their family spent vacations on Hilton Head and decided that the Low Country was their dream retirement destination. Living in Atlanta made Hilton Head an easy drive for vacations. They have owned property on the Island since 1980.

Nanci and Buzz have purchased a number of properties on Hilton Head, and had always utilized the services of Dunes Marketing. Dunes Marketing Group was a perfect fit for Nanci. She began with the company as a marketing assistant, became a sales assistant, and made a natural progression to that of licensed Realtor. The experience Nanci gained from working with a team of agents and top producers is invaluable to her as she works daily for her clients. Nanci’s efforts earned her the Dunes Marketing Sales Agent of the Year Award.

Her philosophy in helping clients comes from her background as a teacher. “I listen to my clients ideas and needs because I am a “teacher” naturally. I organize our search using the latest technology, or organize a marketing strategy for a seller. First and foremost, I treat my clients the way I would like to be treated. In her free time, Nanci enjoys golf, kayaking, horse riding, art, painting, decorating, gardening and walking on the beach. Nanci is a supporter of “Mustard Seed”, a world-wide caring organization for abandoned children with disabilities.
