We will explore the ‘Rent vs. Own” as well as the 1031 tax deferred exchange and look at the tax benefits and well as the real costs of ownership. We will incorporate the ways to use Statistics, (CMA) comparative market analysis, and trends to make a buying decision. You will learn about all of the documents used in the real estate sales transaction and a obtain check list for the after settlement process. Communities on the Island not in a Plantation are referred to as "off-plantation There are 11 Plantations, Sea Pines, Shipyard, Wexford, Long Cove, Palmetto Dunes, Port Royal, Palmetto Hall, Indigo Run, Spanish Wells, Hilton Head Plantation, and Windmill Harbour. 3 Plantations allow short term rentals, Sea Pines, Shipyard, and Palmetto Dunes. Regime fees are condo maintenance fees while Association fees are charged for the working budget of Plantations. We normally call all condominiums, "villas" Every Plantation has so much to offer. The one you love will be the best for you.
